Hello,
I listened to the webinar a couple of weeks ago and I am interested. I do have a question. If I was able to find you these deals on my own, could I still get the finder’s fee? I read a book “Profit from Real Estate Right Now” by Dean Graziosi. He has a marketing system to find buyers and sellers and I think that I could tweak it to find home owners that meet the criteria for your back flip deals.
I live in the Cleveland so if you would be interested in finding deals in that area, let me know.

I found it difficult to find under water properties with jumbo mortgages. Please advise with any website(s) or other sources that might help in finding there kind of properties. Thank for you prompt response.
