  • WE Sell the property back to owner for $600K (Residential Back Flip)
  • The homeowner gets a new loan to refinance our loan.
  • We collect the difference between the amount of homeowners purchased price, ($600K) and the amount we purchased the note for, ($540k)…. In this case we profit $60K!
