I have listened to your “back flip” strategy with interest. I have been trying to do a similar transaction on a property in my neighborhood for over a year. The house has just set abandoned for the year and BofA doesn’t seem to have the time to do the foreclosure. BofA will not deal with me because it is still in the owners name and I can not contact the owner! Like the “back flip” I would like to buy the note but BofA will not sell their notes to individuals. So how do you do a back flip if you can’t buy the note???
