Ever since we started providing all the funds to buy and fix up houses and do real estate back flips™ we’ve been crazy busy trying to keep up here. If you’ve tried to get us or someone at our office lately I’m sorry if you’ve had to wait.

Today I want to address the biggest obstacle to making it as a real estate investor – Fear.

I know that when I started out investing when I was an auto mechanic I was scared to death. I didn’t even know what afraid of – I was concerned about everything that I didn’t know about that might come back to bite me.

I was able to work through my fears because I was pretty highly motivated. I did not want to be stuck working as a mechanic for my entire life. (No offense to any mechanics. I just happen to like real estate much better!)

So last night when I met Michael Wardian, a world record holder in ultra running it was interesting to hear that he gets tons of people who tell him “You can’t do that” when he’s attempting something like running 150 miles across the Sahara Desert. (He really did this !)

Jerry and I want to be able to lend you our confidence until you can build up your own beliefs.

So instead of saying “I don’t think I can do that” we want you to be surrounded by other investors who are encouraging you by sharing their own stories of how they worked past their personal fears as they got started doing deals.

The funny thing is that as real estate deals have gotten easier for me, I’ve realized that I still like to be challenged by obstacles that scare me. One way I’ve been doing this is by helping Team Fight raise money to help young adults with cancer. I did my first 1/2 Ironman event last weekend and surprisingly it turned out…

So if you want more from life, or if you want to make more money than most of the folks you hang around with, then you’re going to have people who will tell you "You can’t do that". Get used to it. And then do what Michael Wardian  does. He goes out and does it just to prove the nay-sayers wrong.;
